Selection of objects and plants...

... that are "allowed" according to Feng Shui philosophy should be soft and welcoming. In respect to the shapes of furniture we should avoid pointy corners in tables, metal sculptures and all other objects that scream "I am going to hurt you once you bump into me!". Similar situation is with the plants that we keep in our homes and the cactus is no go! but I am still a big fan of this plant...

The one type close to my heart is the Aloe Vera Cactus and I am not getting rid out of it just yet! I find it great for burns and any soreness, it has got the healing POWER that rescues me in my clumsy kitchen moments :)
As the philosophy proclaims "safety and comfort are the priority in feng shui", therefore I am leaving the aloe vera catus as I feel a lot safer knowing that its there to help when I need it.

The must have plant according to feng shui is the "lucky bamboo" as it brings very peaceful and wise energy into your home.

"In traditional Feng Shui, the lucky bamboo is used to attract health, happiness, love and abundance"
